Delivery / fulfilment

You can opt out of Memz promotional communications anytime:

  • WhatsApp: message us “STOP” and we will remove you from promo messages

  • SMS (if used): follow the opt-out instructions in the message

  • Email (if used): use the unsubscribe link

Even if you opt out of promotions, we may still contact you for order-related messages (order confirmation, delivery updates, customer support).
